Though Ko Chit (Damian Lau) masterminds a series of high-profile robberies, he only steals from the rich to give to the poor. But when Detective Kong Yeung (Joe Ma) traces a large sum of illicit money back to the illusive thief, he triggers an intense cat-and-mouse game that brings their lives closer than ever to danger, deceit and betrayal.
