A baby is kidnapped. The police assume the kidnapping is a straight forward ransom case, but they a note from the perpetrator states, “If you want to pay money, you decide how much.” Two more kidnappings occur. Can Detective Hashiba (Seiichi Tanabe) capture the criminal known as Ran?
